What To Expect

INITIAL EVALUATION

During the initial evaluation, we will assess your condition, discuss your medical history, and evaluate your physical capabilities. This helps us determine the appropriate course of treatment or if a referral to another medical professional is needed.

PERSONALIZED TREATMENT PLAN

Based on the findings from your initial assessment, we will create a personalized treatment plan tailored to you. This plan outlines the recommended therapies, exercises, and techniques to address your condition.

PROGRESS EVALUATION

During our sessions, we will implement the prescribed treatments and exercises. We’ll work with you on techniques and strategies to manage your condition and improve function. We will regularly assess your progress and adjust the treatment plan as needed to ensure that you are meeting your goals and making improvements.

INSURANCE
REFERRALS
Full Swing accepts most insurances. We also have a cash-based option.
If you plan to file this service with your insurance, you will need a referral from a physician for physical therapy. We can start with an initial evaluation without a referral to determine if physical therapy is appropriate for you. If a further medical assessment is necessary, we can connect you with a medical professional.

For our cash-based option, no referral is required.
