We take a comprehensive approach to understanding movement and all its facets. Our evaluation examines various aspects of functional movement to create a personalized action plan just for you. While education is the foundation of our program, we also provide follow-up services to support your progress, including soft tissue work, dry needling, and targeted exercises.
Mobility Wellness Evaluation | $99
60 minutes
We will conduct a comprehensive assessment of your movement and the factors that influence your overall musculoskeletal health and wellness. This includes assessing risk factors such as sleep quality, breathing, and current activity level. Utilizing our Wellness App, issues will be addressed based on severity and an action plan will be created. The App will give you daily activities to be performed so you can improve your mobility and function.
Mobility Wellness Sessions | $50
30 minutes
Based on the assessment, you might want some extra help in meeting your goals. This can include assisted stretching, soft tissue work, dry needling, and targeted exercise with assistance. Support is also given for addressing other risk factors and assisting clients in meeting their goals.
